At Little Batch I make three varieties of pickles all year round and some very special seasonal limited editions quarterly. All these are made and packed in little batches by me – so I can keep a close eye on quality, maintain production by hand and process all the fresh fruit and vegetables within 24 hours. I use as much local produce as possible when in season and I always do my best to support other British producers.
Since 2013 I have been working on perfecting the flavours now available and all the seasonal extras - I like to think Little Batch can cater for the pickle-purists as well as a new generation of adventurous pickle lovers ready for some more unusual flavours.
The short story is I love making pickles and think there should be a well deserved space on everyone's plates for an exciting new posse of pickles.
